501c3 Church Legal Gospel Message – Its Laws and Doctrines and Intangible Religious Benefits

The Apostles Doctrine Compared to the 501c3 Doctrine – Another Gospel

501c3 Legal Gospel Message – Its Laws and Doctrines and

Intangible Religious Benefits

An Ekklesia’s (Church’s) doctrine is based on its laws.  The “501c3 Gospel Message” is a separate and distinct gospel and message from the Gospel once delivered to the saints that Jude and Paul talked about.

Jude 1:3 ¶ Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort [you] that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

Ro 6:17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. {which…: Gr. whereto ye were delivered}

1Ti 1:3 As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine,

1Ti 4:6 ¶ If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.

1Ti 4:13 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.

1Ti 5:17  Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.

Tit 1:9 Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers. {as…: or, in teaching}

2Jo 1:9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

2Jo 1:10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into [your] house, neither bid him God speed:

1Ti 1:10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;

Tit 1:9 Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers. {as…: or, in teaching}

Man’s law agrees “Your Doctrine” comes from “Your Law.”

Doctrine. A rule, principle, theory, or tenet of the law; as, e.g. Abstention doctrine; Clean hands doctrine, etc. (Black’s Law Dictionary West Publishing Company, 1990; 6th Edition, page 481)

Paul said doctrine is a critical matter because with it you are either saved or lost.

1Ti 4:16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

Because aspects of doctrine go to the heart of salvation Paul said the below twice as a double witness to make it plain that this is established in God’s Word, if anyone comes preaching another gospel other than the one once delivered to the saints that he, Paul,  preaches let that person be anathema/accursed.

Ga 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

Ga 1:9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any [man] preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

Because the 501c3 System church is required by contract to follow state and federal IRS codes, rules and regulations, i.e. laws,  the 501c3 church is following the commandments of men and creating traditions around the laws, i.e., commandments of men as Jesus said the Pharisees of His day had done.

As a 501c3 church your doctrines, teachings and instruction not only come from the Word of God but also come from your state and 501c3 laws that rule you as a “corporate” state body of believers. The following scriptures tie ones doctrines/teachings or instruction in with ones laws and show your doctrines have as a foundation your laws. Your teachings, doctrines or instruction are based on your laws.

Ps 19:7  The law <08451> of the LORD [is] perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD [is] sure, making wise the simple. {law: or, doctrine} {converting: or, restoring}

Pr 4:2 For I give you good doctrine <03948>, forsake ye not my law <08451>.

Pr 1:8  My son, hear the instruction <04148> (doctrine) of thy father, and forsake not the law <08451> of thy mother:

Pr 6:23  For the commandment is a lamp; and the law <08451> is light; and reproofs of instruction <04148> (doctrine) are the way of life: {lamp: or, candle}

Eze 7:26 Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumour <08052> (doctrine) shall be upon rumour <08052> (doctrine); then shall they seek a vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the ancients.

Mt 15:6 And honour not his father or his mother, [he shall be free]. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.

Mt 15:7 [Ye] hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,

Mt 15:8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with [their] lips; but their heart is far from me.

Mt 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching [for] doctrines the commandments (law) of men.

Mt 15:10 ¶ And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:

Mt 15:11 Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.

Mt 15:12 Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?

Mt 15:13 But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.

Mt 15:14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

Mt 15:14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

Mt 15:15 Then answered Peter and said unto him, Declare unto us this parable.

Mt 15:16 And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding?

Mt 15:17 Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?

Mt 15:18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.

Mt 15:19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:

Mt 15:20 These are [the things] which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.

Mr 7:5 Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands?

Mr 7:6 He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with [their] lips, but their heart is far from me.

Mr 7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching [for] doctrines the commandments (laws) of men.

Mr 7:8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, [as] the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

Mr 7:9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition. {reject: or, frustrate}

Mr 7:13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.

Mr 7:15 There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.

Mr 7:18 And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, [it] cannot defile him;

Mr 7:19 Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats?

Mr 7:20 And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.

Mr 7:21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,

Mr 7:22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: {covetousness…: Gr. covetousnesses, wickednesses}

Mr 7:23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

Isa 28:9  Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? [them that are] weaned from the milk, [and] drawn from the breasts. {doctrine: Heb. the hearing?}

Isa 53:1  Who hath believed our report <08052>? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? {report: or, doctrine?: Heb. hearing?}

Joe 3:17 So shall ye know that I [am] the LORD your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more. {holy: Heb. holiness}

Zec 8:3 Thus saith the LORD; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the LORD of hosts the holy mountain.

Isa 2:3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

Mic 4:2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

Lord Jesus made it very clear in the above passages  Matthew 15 that one of the sins of the Pharisees was to be talking about and honoring the right and True God with their lips (Lip Service) but to be doing it from a wrong heart because they replaced the true teachings with their own man made teachingss that pleased them and made God’s truth of no effect and not practiced.

The laws a Christian congregation is under governs the assembly’s behaviors and teachings and a local body of Christ cannot just say their doctrines have nothing to do with the laws that they are under. The laws that you are governed by serve as a foundation for your doctrines as the above scriptures demonstrate. This being the case we need to find out what are the doctrines of the 501c3 churches that by law they are required to hold as doctrine in their corporate denomination.

Corporation. An artificial person or legal entity created by or under the authority of the laws of a state. An association of persons created by statute as a legal entity …. The corporation is distinct from the individuals who comprise it (shareholders)…. Such an entity subsists as a body politic under a special denomination, which is regarded in law as having a personality and existence distinct from that of its several members.” (Black’s Law Dictionary West Publishing Company, 1991; 6th Edition, page 340)

Let’s examine the roots and foundations and message behind the 501c3 legal public policy gospel message that corporate and 501c3 System churches are agreeing to represent and/or preach as compared to the original gospel delivered to the saints.

The Apostles Doctrine Compared to the 501c3 Doctrine – Another Gospel

Doctrine/Teaching 1:

The root of the traditional Ekklesia/Church of Lord Jesus is the Lord himself. The Ekklesia and its message started with our Lord. Jesus is the root and the vine and we are the branches. The only foundation and root by which the Ekklesia (Church) exists and has life is Lord Jesus Christ.

Ro 15:12 And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust.

Re 5:5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

Re 22:16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, [and] the bright and morning star.

Joh 15:5 I am the vine, ye [are] the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. {without me: or, severed from me}

The root of the 501c3 gospel tree and the messages stems from Franklin D. Roosevelt and Lyndon B. Johnson. These men are found to have liberal, communist, mystical and occult allegiances and the fruit of such messages have born out in the life of the churches with more and more churches accepting and supporting liberal, socialistic, communistic, mystical or occult religions as valid ways to God and heaven.

Doctrine/Teaching 2:

The Creator and Head of the traditional Ekklesia and her message is the Lord Jesus Christ. The doctrines are based upon the foundations of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ being the Chief cornerstone. The doctrines and teachings are based on nothing else; the head is no one else.

Col 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

Col 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

Col 1:17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Col 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all [things] he might have the preeminence. {in…: or, among all}

Eph 1:20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set [him] at his own right hand in the heavenly [places],

Eph 1:21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

Eph 1:22 And hath put all [things] under his feet, and gave him [to be] the head over all [things] to the church,

The creator and head of the corporate church or the 501c3 System church is the State that it was incorporated in. This holds true of “unincorporated association churches” that have some of the trappings of a corporate church, like a constitution or bylaws, a president of CEO or trustees or various other officers with corporate titles, registered with the State.

Corporation. An artificial person or legal entity created by or under the authority of the laws of a state…. Ibid.

Doctrine/Teaching 3:

The Ekklesia Gospel and doctrines come from the traditions, teachings and ordinances of the apostles and prophets of our Lord Jesus Christ originating about 2000 years ago in the days our Lord and his original apostles and prophets walked this earth. This gosple was once delivered and does not change, period, no debate, no excuses.

1Co 11:2 Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances <3862>, as I delivered [them] to you. {ordinances: or, traditions}

2Th 2:15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.

Lu 11:49 Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and [some] of them they shall slay and persecute:

Lu 11:50 That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation;

Lu 11:51 From the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zacharias, which perished between the altar and the temple: verily I say unto you, It shall be required of this generation.

1Co 12:28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. {diversities: or, kinds}

Eph 2:20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner [stone];

Eph 3:5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;

Eph 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

2Pe 3:2 That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:

Re 18:20 Rejoice over her, [thou] heaven, and [ye] holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.

The origin and message of the corporate 501c3 Church is of recent origins and the message is based on U.S. overriding governmental public policy. It began specifically as the 501c3 System in the 1930’s when the code the church was under changed to 501c3 designation and restrictions on the speech of the church began to be implemented.

“The following are excerpts from a letter written by Bob Jones 111 President of Bob Jones University to a Mr. Rich Blackstock of Independence, Missouri. It is dated August 23, 1987:

“From 1971 until 1983 Bob Jones University was in controversy with the IRS over its tax-exempt status. The issue culminated in a 1983 ruling against this institution by the U.S. Supreme Court declaring that since we held views that were contrary to prevailing “federal public policy,” we would forfeit our exemption. That was their punishment to us for being unwilling to let the state dictate our religious beliefs…

The court ruled in our case that tax exemption was a subsidy (the first time that has ever been held) and that religious organizations had to yield their religious beliefs in favor of “overriding government interests.” It was a horrible decision that has wide implications and upon which several horrible court rulings have been based.

The IRS then assessed, with a punitive retroactive tax settlement going back to 1971, something that was not mandated by the court and was optional on the IRS’s part.”” Reprinted from the following site: http://unregisteredbaptistfellowship.com/docs/curve.php

IRS – [7.8.2] Exempt Organizations Technical Guidelines Handbook

“… Thus, the First Amendment does not prevent the government from requiring compliance with general laws designed to effectuate an important governmental policy or objective even though compliance may be contrary to an individual’s sincerely-held religious beliefs.”

Doctrine/Teaching  4:

The “faith” that Jude said was delivered to the saints once for all, and Paul says he delivered, this faith is not changing and morphing for each generation. Again the scriptures say,

Jude 1:3  Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort [you] that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once <530> delivered unto the saints.

Ro 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, [even] in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

Ga 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

Ga 1:9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any [man] preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

The faith message and doctrines of 501c3 System churches are changing and morphing according to public policy. When it first started the message of the 501c3 church could contain speech against homosexuality and abortion and other religions as equal ways to heaven.

However, today public policy says homosexuality is legal and Ok, abortion is fine, and belief systems other than Christianity can lead one to heaven and God so the 501c3 church is suppose to not speak otherwise to public policy. If it does it is speaking out against its creator and the creator’s doctrines for its corporate denomination.

The State creator knows that a house divided against itself cannot stand, Satan, the puppet master behind the “state” today, knows that scriptural principle too, so the creator will not allow its creatures to speak out against its doctrines for long before correction comes.

Doctrine/Teaching 5:

Intangible Religious Benefits:

The following show that the Lords benefits and blessings are tangible and that is the message of the Gospel. It is another gospel that says the benefits of the Lord and of the gospel of Lord Jesus Christ are intangible.  The preaching and sharing of “Faith,” is something man calls invisible and intangible, but “Faith” is among the things God created the world with, and all that is.

The writer of Hebrews reveals that God Himself through faith created everything tangible from what looks to man to be invisible and intangible. Through faith tangible physical things were created out of things not seen. Faith according to God’s Word frames, and is used to create, the tangible from the intangible.

Heb 11:1 ¶ Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. {substance: or, ground, or, confidence}

Heb 11:2 For by it the elders obtained a good report.

Heb 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

When you consider all the real tangible ways God’s benefits are to the world and especially His people ,  none of which would exist with God creating them, the value to us of “Faith in God” is limitless.  It is something of a slap in the face of God to even dare to bring up the question of believing in and benefiting by the one that created you, your very existence is a benefit.  I shutter at the though of even having to deal with the matter and that such a thing as benefits of faith in God being intangible/without substance. I could never do it justice in describing how this is absurd to the max.  Everything from creation itself to signs and wonders and miracles to salvation, all are possible only because of God with tangible or physical substantive benefits. Here are but a few examples in scripture:

Joh 20:24 But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.

Joh 20:25 The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.

Joh 20:26 ¶ And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: [then] came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace [be] unto you.

Joh 20:27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust [it] into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.

Joh 20:28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.

Joh 20:29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed [are] they that have not seen, and [yet] have believed.

Ge 24:35 And the LORD hath blessed my master greatly; and he is become great: and he hath given him flocks, and herds, and silver, and gold, and menservants, and maidservants, and camels, and asses.

Ge 26:12  Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.

De 29:5 And I have led you forty years in the wilderness: your clothes are not waxen old upon you, and thy shoe is not waxen old upon thy foot.

2Sa 6:11 And the ark of the LORD continued in the house of Obededom the Gittite three months: and the LORD blessed Obededom, and all his household.

1Ki 3:13 And I have also given thee that which thou hast not asked, both riches, and honour: so that there shall not be any among the kings like unto thee all thy days.

Ps 65:9 Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, [which] is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.

Ps 68:19 Blessed [be] the Lord, [who] daily loadeth us [with benefits, even] the God of our salvation. Selah.

Ps 107:38 He blesseth them also, so that they are multiplied greatly; and suffereth not their cattle to decrease.

Ps 144:13 [That] our garners [may be] full, affording all manner of store: [that] our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets:

2Ch 32:24 ¶ In those days Hezekiah was sick to the death, and prayed unto the LORD: and he spake unto him, and he gave him a sign. {gave…: or, wrought a miracle for him}

2Ch 32:25 But Hezekiah rendered not again according to the benefit [done] unto him; for his heart was lifted up: therefore there was wrath upon him, and upon Judah and Jerusalem.

Phm 1:13 Whom I would have retained with me, that in thy stead he might have ministered unto me in the bonds of the gospel:

Phm 1:14 But without thy mind would I do nothing; that thy benefit should not be as it were of necessity, but willingly.

Ps 94:2  Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward <01576> to the proud.

God himself says “Good” is a benfit from him.

Jer 18:10 If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.

————————

Yet, if you look at what a 501c3 church must confess in denial of Christ’s message in order to get a money benefit from the government you can see how very different the 501c3 gospels and message is from the one in scripture.

Just look at the definition of the word Tangible and thereby understand that Intangible is saying that the benefits are not real and are without substance. Yet we saw above in Hebrews 11:3 that God’s substance that He created all things out of was His Word through faith, using things that are invisible to our realm or senses but tangible and real enough so that all that we know and see were created from invisible substance.

Tangible. Having or possessing physical form. Capable of being touched and seen; perceptible to the touch; tactile; palpable; capable of being possessed or realized; readily apprehensible by the mind; real; substantial. (Black’s Law Dictionary West Publishing Company, 1990; 6th Edition, page 1456)

Intangible assets. Property that is a “right” such as a patent, copyright, or trademark, etc, or one which is lacking physical existence, such as goodwill.  A nonphysical, noncurrent asset which exists only in connection with something else, such as the goodwill of a business. An intangible asset generally has a life longer than one year, and is amortized over the period benefited, not to exceed forty years. See Amortization…. (Black’s Law Dictionary West Publishing Company, 1990; 6th Edition, page 808)

Intangible value. Nonphysical value of such assets as patents, copyrights, goodwill. (Black’s Law Dictionary West Publishing Company, 1990; 6th Edition, page 809)

The 501c3 church must deny the subtitive nature of “Faith” in God our Father and Lord Jesus Christ. Per IRS rules if a gift over $250.00 is given to a 501c3 System church that is to be considered tax deductable and what the IRS considers a physical tangible item/benefit is not given then the donation needs to be substantiated with a note/receipt that it was given with the giver only receiving “intangible religious benefits” in return.

Donors should receive written acknowledgement of any contribution of $250 or more and any quid pro quo contributions in which the donor received goods or services in exchange for contributions of $75 or more in order for them to deduct the contribution on their tax returns. On the quid pro quo contribution, the donor may deduct only the amount of the contribution that is in excess of the fair value of any goods or services received, unless the goods or services were of insubstantial value or of only intangible religious benefit. A ticket to a prayer meeting is of intangible value; a ticket to the Super Bowl is not.

All tax-exempt organizations, whether officially recognized or not, are required to maintain records of employees and donors, books of accounting and other records necessary to justify their claim for exemption in the event of an audit or to accurately file federal tax and information returns. The organization must keep all employment tax records for at least four years after the date the tax is due or is paid, whichever is later. Generally, records that support an item, income or deduction must be kept for three years from the return filing date or tax payment date, whichever is later. If unreported income is more than 25% of the gross income, the period becomes six years. If there is fraud involved or if no required return is filed, there is no statute of limitations.

http://www.journalofaccountancy.com/Issues/2006/May/TaxReportingForHousesOfWorship.htm

Although non-physical benefits being intangible is consistent with the nature of a corporation since a corporation is a dead artificial person, so it stands to reason the benefits have to be something less than real benefits because the corporation in the 501c3 legal system is artificial and not real, however this is not consistent with the teachings of the scriptures concerning the reality of God in our lives.

God is just as real as things you can see, feel and touch. God is above the determination of His benefits to someone.  God reveals Himself many times leaving visible touchable things, but even if he, in the future, does not  again show what he does in a visible manner, the scripture says all things that are created, have been created by Him from invisible – intangible things we cannot perceive.

So although in man’s ways the intangible is less important or trustworthy in having true value the truth is the invisible is the foundation of the visible, therefore more important, such is God’s way.

Doctrine/Teaching 6:

Lord Jesus told us to teach and preach all that He has commanded us. Paul said he preached the whole counsel of God and therefore he is free of the blood of all men.

Mt 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: {teach…: or, make disciples, or, Christians of all nations}

Mt 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen.

Lu 17:10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

Ac 20:26 Wherefore I take you to record this day, that I [am] pure from the blood of all [men].

Ac 20:27 For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.

Ac 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

Many Elders/Overseers of the Gospel of Lord Jesus Christ in the 501c3 System are not like Paul who said he did not shun declaring all the counsel of God. To keep their agreement with the state to not speak against public policies many Pastors in 501c3 Ekklesias (Churches) do shun from preaching the whole of God’s Word, and therefore, will have blood on their hands if they don’t repent.

Pastors and other Elders are watchmen for their congregations and flock and the world around them, and God will require the blood of the people at the hands of the watchmen that do not sound the alarm and warn those under their oversight.

Isa 62:6  I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, [which] shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence, {make…: or, are the LORD’s remembrancers}

Eze 3:17 Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.

Eze 3:18 When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked [man] shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.

Eze 3:19 Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

Eze 3:20 Again, When a righteous [man] doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand. {righteousness which: Heb. righteousnesses}

Eze 3:21 Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous [man], that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.

Doctrine/Teaching 7:

The scriptures teach that the Ekklesia (Church) of Lord Jesus Christ is under a particular Law, the “Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus,” which is the “Law of Faith.”

Ro 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Ro 3:27 Where [is] boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.

The people of Israel were amazed at Christ’s new doctrine because he was introducing/revealing what was to them a new set of laws and doctrine, the “Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus,” the “Law of Faith” and His doctrine is based on the same.

Mt 7:28 And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:

Mt 16:12 Then understood they how that he bade [them] not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.

Mt 22:33 And when the multitude heard [this], they were astonished at his doctrine.

Mr 1:22 And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.

Mr 11:18 And the scribes and chief priests heard [it], and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.

Mr 1:27 And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine [is] this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.

Mr 12:38 And he said unto them in his doctrine, Beware of the scribes, which love to go in long clothing, and [love] salutations in the marketplaces,

Joh 7:16 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.

Joh 7:17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or [whether] I speak of myself.

Ac 2:42 ¶ And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

Ac 5:28 Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man’s blood upon us.

Ac 17:19 And they took him, and brought him unto Areopagus, saying, May we know what this new doctrine, whereof thou speakest, [is]? {Areopagus: or, Mars’ hill: it was the highest court in Athens}

Ro 16:17 ¶ Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

Eph 4:14 That we [henceforth] be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, [and] cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

The Ekklesia of God has a law as the scriptures above show and we are told the Ekklesia is not to be yoked <2218> with and subjected to another set of laws, ones that are burdensome to the Body of Christ. But the corporate and/or 501c3 Ekklesia/Church is putting the body of our Lord under a foreign set of laws, burdensome and contrary to the true Gospel of Jesus Christ.

A Yoke:

2218 zugov zugos dzoo-gos

from the root of zeugnumi (to join, especially by a “yoke”); TDNT-2:896,301; n m

AV-yoke 5, pair of balances 1; 6

1) a yoke

1a) a yoke that is put on draught cattle

1b) metaph., used of any burden or bondage

1b1) as that of slavery

1b2) of troublesome laws imposed on one, esp. of the Mosaic law, hence the name is so transferred to the commands of Christ as to contrast them with the commands of the Pharisees which were a veritable ‘yoke’; yet even Christ’s commands must be submitted to, though easier to be kept

2) a balance, pair of scales

The scriptures tell us not to be yoked under a different yoke than the yoke of Christ’s People. In 2Corinthians 16:14 we are told believers should not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. The word/phrase “unequally yoked together” <2086> comes from a word that is a Greek compound word created from two other Greek words, one means “Other or Another” <2087> and the second means “a Yoke <2218>.”

A generic meaning of the word/phrase is basically “Another Yoke.” So the phrase “unequally yoked together” also means “another yoke,” or “yoked with others.” The Young’s Literal Translation translates the phrase as “yoked with others.” Paul is telling believers to not to be yoked with unbelievers with a yoke that is not Christ’s yoke that is a different yoke or another yoke.

The word “Yoke” mean to be under a “burden or bondage” or “slavery” or under “troublesome laws imposed on one,” all of which apply with the 501c3 status to one degree or another. Paul specifically tells the Ekklesia (Church) in Corinth to make sure they do not come under troublesome laws and allow such to be imposed on the Church.

According to the meaning of the word “Yoke” <2218> part of the word-phrase “unequally yoked together” in 2 Corinthians 6:14 burdensome laws are a “Yoke.” It is unscriptural to put the Ekklesia (Church) under a burdensome set of laws.

When a Body of Christ comes under corporate and 501c3 codes by contracting with the state and federal governments the Ekklesia (Church) is both, 1) being unequally mixed and yoked with unbelievers, tied in with others, thereby expected to perform according to an unholy public policy alliance agreement; and 2) it is placing itself under another yoke, “burden or bondage” of governmental public policy rules and laws, a yoke that is guiding and directing the Church/Ekklesia to do the will of man instead of the will of God and Christ.

2Co 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together <2086> with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

2Co 6:14  Become not yoked with others<2086> -unbelievers, for what partaking is there to righteousness and lawlessness? Young’s Literal Translation

Mt 11:28 Come unto me, all [ye] that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Mt 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Mt 11:30 For my yoke [is] easy, and my burden is light.

Finally, Jesus, Peter and Paul told us all to beware of false teachers and prophets and false doctrines. They warned there would be those how are among us and preach and teach for selfish gain. These false teachers are not really teaching for the love of God and the brethren and they could even cause the elect of God to stumble and sin.

Ac 20:29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.

Ac 20:30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

Ac 20:31 Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.

Mt 16:12 Then understood they how that he bade [them] not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.

Mr 12:38 And he said unto them in his doctrine, Beware of the scribes, which love to go in long clothing, and [love] salutations in the marketplaces,

1Ti 6:1 ¶ Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God and [his] doctrine be not blasphemed.

1Ti 6:3 If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, [even] the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;

1Ti 6:4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, {proud: or, a fool} {doting: or, sick}

1Ti 6:5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself. {Perverse…: or, Gallings one of another}

2Ti 3:16 All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

2Pe 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

2Pe 2:2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

2Pe 2:3 ¶ And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

2Pe 2:12 But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;

2Pe 2:13 And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, [as] they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots [they are] and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you;

2Pe 2:14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:

2Pe 2:15 Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam [the son] of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;

Re 2:13 I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, [even] where Satan’s seat [is]: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas [was] my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.

Re 2:14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

Re 2:15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.

Mt 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Mt 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

Mr 13:20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect’s sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.

Mr 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if [it were] possible, even the elect.

Ro 8:33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? [It is] God that justifieth.

Col 3:12 ¶ Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

2Ti 2:10 Therefore I endure all things for the elect’s sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

1Pe 1:2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

1Pe 2:6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.

2Jo 1:1  The elder unto the elect lady and her children, whom I love in the truth; and not I only, but also all they that have known the truth;

2Jo 1:13 The children of thy elect sister greet thee. Amen.

————————

As the writer of Hebrews says above in 11:1-3 “Faith” is evidence and “Faith” is substance. Faith is what the IRS code would consider an intangible benefit, but it is the thing that God used to create all that is from “things which do” not appear, which things are other intangible substances. So the things that have substance and are tangible to man were made by God out of things that are intangible to man. Therefore, only a man that has the mind of the spirit can realize and see that all things that are made are created by God out of invisible substances that are just as tangible as things one can see, touch, taste, and smell, but do not appear as substance to the earth bound mind because they “were not made of things which do appear.”

I don’t care if you can’t see, touch, taste or smell “Faith;” Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. God says when one hears His Word and has Faith it is accounted as evidence and substance. Now, who are you going to believe God Almighty or the IRS.

Controling Doctrine:

We have looked at just some of the doctrinal differences between the biblical doctrine and the 501c3 doctrine. Now one may say. But I don’t teach and tell people those particular things above and said to be 501c3 doctrine even though I have a 501c3 church. This may be the case that you don’t actively teach these as doctrine but your creator knows they are part of your doctrine/law and it is what the “state” creator of a 501c3 church will enforce.

Also just think of it this way, you are learning many new things in God’s Word in the New Testament year after year and teach these things as you learn them. Does that mean that they were not a part of your doctrine because you do or did not teach about them. Well, the answer may be “Yes” if you say that you only hold as doctrine the parts of the Word of God you know and understand and the other parts are not your doctrine.  If you are like many Christians you hold to the fact that you believe and hold all of God’s Word as true and profitable for doctrine as Paul said to Timothy. So even if you don’t teach it you hold it as true and doctrine of the Ekklesia of God.

For examples when was the last time that you or your pastor taught on the genealogy of Lord Jesus in Matthew chapter 1, maybe never but it is still part of your doctrine.  Likewise, when was the last time you taught about the genealogy of our Lord in Luke chapter 3 which is different than the line found in Matthew, one being Mary’s line and one being Joseph’s line of descendants. Again probably never but the virgin birth is part of Christian doctrine and these two passages are important to that doctrine.

Well in a similar but stronger way a 501c3 church has as doctrine laws that they may not actively teach to others but the leaders have taken action to agree to the laws and doctrines of the 501c3 status by incorporating and agreeing to be subject to man’s public policy. This act of contracting is teaching in itself, in other words a contract has written words and church leaders engage in active agreement to those words in the corporate contract when they sign.

Further, the IRS plainly tells you that they have the final word as to what your doctrine is if you are a 501c3 church under their rule.

The IRS’ internal rules and literature make it plain that they control your doctrine if you are a 501c3 church because they say the church cannot hold doctrine contrary to Public Policy according to the IRS publication 1828 pa.1-2, Rev. 7-2002 Catalog No., 121096G and pg. 24 in the glossary. See “The Trial of Blood Revisited,” By Dr Greg Dixon, pages 25 – 26.

“Certain characteristics are generally attributed to churches. These attributes of a church have been developed by the IRS and by court decisions. They include:

1. A distinct legal existence.
2. A recognized creed and form of worship
3. A definite and distinct ecclesiastical government
4. A formal code of doctrine and discipline.
5. A distinct religious history
6. Ordained ministers selected after completing prescribed courses of study
7. Literature of its own
8. Established places of worship
9. Regular congregations
10 Regular religious services
11 Sunday schools for the religious instruction of the young
12 Schools for the preparation of its ministers”

“The IRS generally uses a combination of these characteristics, together with other facts and circumstances, to determine whether an organization is considered a church for federal tax purposes.  The IRS makes no attempt to evaluate the content of whatever doctrine a particular organization claims is religious, provided the particular beliefs of the organization are truly and sincerely held by those professing them and the practices and rites associated with the organization’s belief or creed are not illegal or contrary to clearly defined public policy.” {provided: is another word for “subject to” as we will see in the definition for “Subject to” below}

See also  http://www.shilohouse.org/irs_regs.htm for a similar list online.

So in other words, your doctrine must be in accord with public policy or the IRS will evaluate the content of your beliefs and find them not to be consistent with the beliefs of a church for federal tax purposes, and you will lose your church status and be considered a taxable corporate business entity.

If the Ekklesia does not meet the IRS above definition of a church including not having beliefs “contrary to clearly defined public policy it can be considered a taxable church or business entity for Federal tax purposes, unless the Ekklesia/Church can show otherwise according to the Laws of the Land.

If the Ekklesia (church) fails to meet the IRS criterion of having “doctrine” not contrary to, i. e. in accord with, clearly defined public policy, then the Ekklesia/Church is not automatically tax exempt by an “Exception.” IRS related Codes 26 U.S.C. 508(c)(1)(a) and Section 6033(a) say the Ekklesia/Church has a right to such an “exception,” but the trick is the Ekklesia in man’s law has this right only if she walks in obedience to public policies, whatever, they may be now and in the future.

26 U.S.C. § 508 : US Code – Section 508: Special rules with respect to section 501(c)(3) organizations
…(c) Exceptions
(1) Mandatory exceptions
Subsections (a) and (b) shall not apply to –
(A) churches, their integrated auxiliaries, and conventions
or associations of churches, or….

So the bottom line is the state and IRS control the doctrine of the 501c3 Ekklesia(s) (church) and therefore, by “operation of law,” the doctrines must be in accord with and is “subject to” include public policy.  For the 501c3 Ekklesia (church) the law imposes or dictates United States  and state public policy be a part of your doctrine.

  • The phrase “by operation of law” is a legal term that indicates that a right or liability has been created for a party, irrespective of the intent of that party, because it is dictated by existing legal principles. …
    en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_of_law
  • An application of a legal rule that automatically brings about a legal consequence
    en.wiktionary.org/wiki/operation_of_law

Operation of Law. This term expresses the manner in which rights and sometimes liabilities, devolve upon a person by the mere application to the particular transaction of the established rules of law, without the act or co-operation of the party himself. (Black’s Law Dictionary West Publishing Company, 1990; 6th Edition, page 1092)

The Ekklesia that becomes a church “corporation” is subject to state public policy

“Upon the other hand, the corporation is a creature of the State. It is presumed to be incorporated for the benefit of the public. It receives certain special privileges and franchises, and holds them subject to the laws of the State and the limitations of its charter. Its powers are limited by law. It can make no contract not authorized by its charter. Its rights to act as a corporation are only preserved to it so long as it obeys the laws of its creation.”  Hale vs. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43 at 74 (1906)

Public policy is the body of principles that underpin the operation of legal systems in each state. This addresses the social, moral and economic values that tie a society together: values that vary in different cultures and change over time.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_policy_doctrine_(conflict_of_laws)

Subject to. Liable, subordinate, subservient, inferior, obedient to, governed or affected by; provided that; provided; answerable for. Homan v. Employers Reinsurance Corp., 345 Mo. 650, 136 S.W. 2d 289, 302.  (Black’s Law Dictionary West Publishing Company, 1990; 6th Edition, page 1425)

When a body of Christian believers incorporates under state law, that state’s public policy – based on state laws are imposed and dictated to be a part of the beliefs and pratices i. e., doctrine of that body. The doctrine of the Ekklesia (church) is affected and governed by and must be inferior and obedient to state public policy law. Therefore the people of the congregation are liable to being tossed to and fro by ever changing public policy doctrines of men which Paul says we are to mature beyond, and grow up.

Eph 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

Eph 4:12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Eph 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: {in: or, into} {stature: or, age}

Eph 4:14 That we [henceforth] be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, [and] cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

Eph 4:15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, [even] Christ: {speaking…: or, being sincere}

Lord Jesus Christ said our worship is in vain if we teach for doctrines the commandments of men.

Mt 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching [for] doctrines the commandments of men.

Mr 7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching [for] doctrines the commandments of men.

Caesar is a false god and the Kentucky Court said when the Ekklesia incorporates and becomes a corporate church it enters the “realm of Caesar,” or the realm of a false god.

“In Hollins v. Edmonds, Court of Appeals of Kentucky 616,w,2d801 the court said, “Once the church determined to enter THE REALM OF CAESAR by forming a corporation, it was required to abide by the rules of Caesar, or in this case, the statutes of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.” “The Free Church” http://thechurchatkaweah.org/freechurches.html

“The corporation is a product of ancient Rome. The corporation, as the legal entity we are familiar with today, dates back to at least 250 B.C.

By 6 A.D. and the codification of Corpus Juris Civilis (the first great codification of Roman civil law) all “spontaneous collectivities of persons” were required to incorporate. The early church was persecuted over their refusal to incorporate. Had they incorporated they could have avoided much of the persecution they otherwise suffered at the hands of the Romans.

Rome persecuted the Christians not for Who they worshipped. Rome had hundreds of deities, and they could care less who or what you worshipped, as long as you were “licit” (licensed). The church was persecuted not because they worshipped Jesus Christ, but because of the manner in which they functioned — an Ekklesia. The church was declared to be “illicit,” and held in a state of “civil disobedience,” because of their refusal to incorporate. Why did the church refuse incorporation? Largely because they knew that it would destroy their testimony that Jesus Christ is “Lord” and “Sovereign.”

Under Roman civil law, “Caesar is sovereign over the corporation,” and “the corporation is a creature of the State.” The early church willingly suffered for its refusal to accept “State privileges and benefits.””

“However, as the government of the Roman Empire became more autocratic and gave rulers almost unlimited power, emperors eventually accepted divine honors. This belief in the emperor’s divine authority eventually led to the requirement of a sacrifice to the emperor as a sign of loyalty. The requirement of a sacrifice to the emperor became a significant source of conflict with early Christians. Christians refused to worship the emperor as god, and therefore, would not sacrifice to him. This led to persecution of the Christians by the Roman political authorities that enforced the practice. The period of worshiping Roman emperors as gods continued until the 4th century AD, when Emperor Constantine the Great became the first Roman emperor to convert to Christianity. In 392 AD, Emperor Theodosius I banned the practice of pagan religions in Rome altogether.”

“Roman Gods – Pagan Rule”  http://www.allabouthistory.org/roman-gods.htm

A “corporation” is by definition an “artificial person” and the law definition of artificial is “false.”

“Artificial Persons: Persons created and devised by human laws for the purpose of society and government as distinguished from natural persons. Corporations are examples of artificial persons.” (Black’s Law Dictionary West Publishing Company, 1990; 6th Edition, page 113)

False: Not True. Term also means: artificial; counterfeit; assumed or designed to deceive,… not genuine or real; uttering falsehood;…. .” (Black’s Law Dictionary West Publishing Company, 1990; 6th Edition, page 600)

With all this falsehood surrounding a church “corporation,” what do you think happens to the doctrine of a church that is an artificial false person agreeing to follow the laws of a “sovereign state,” that is playing the role of a false god (Caesar), after the pattern of a pagan “sovereign Caesar? That’s right the doctrine becomes false doctrine by being mixed in with, “subject to,” “obedient to,” “inferior to” and “governed by,” all this false stuff.

This mixture of false with true is in violation of Paul’s repeated requirements that the Ekklesia hold pure sound (without mixture) doctrine, free of corruption.

1Ti 1:10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound <5198> doctrine;

2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound <5198> doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

Tit 1:9 Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound <5198> doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers. {as…: or, in teaching}

Tit 2:1 ¶ But speak thou the things which become sound <5198> doctrine:

from 5199; TDNT-8:308,1202; v

AV-sound 6, be sound 1, be whole 1, whole 1, wholesome 1, be in health 1, safe and sound 1; 12

1) to be sound, to be well, to be in good health

2) metaph.

2a) of Christians whose opinions are free from any mixture of error

2b) of one who keeps the graces and is strong

2Co 2:17 For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ. {corrupt: or, deal deceitfully with} {in Christ: or, of Christ}

Tit 2:7 In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine [shewing] uncorruptness, gravity <4587> (purity), sincerity,

AV-gravity 2, honesty 1; 3

1) the characteristic of a thing or person which entitles to reverence and respect, dignity, majesty, sanctity

2) honour, purity

All this adds up to the fact that for the 501c3 church your doctrine is not your own; it is a mixture of what you believe and what the state imposes on your beliefs and practice and demands you hold as doctrine. This is  compelled on you because of your seeking and receiving “state” benefits that go along with incorporation.
